Method of Manufacture

- Cast of both feet taken.
- Model made of each foot.
-  Plastic-like material  
   is pressed onto the foot
   models to create a mirror
   image of each foot in its
   correct functioning position.

- The Orthotics covered with a
   soft material.
- A rubber pre-fabricated 
  shell is used.
-
The shell is heated & held
  under a correctly positioned
  foot.

- The shell moulds to the  
   foot.

- The shell is reinforced to
   make the new shape
   permanent & hold the foot
   in its correct functioning 
   position.

-  Orthotics covered with a
    soft material
