Walking is a necessity in life, and as your feet connect you to the ground, they are your foundations. If they are unstable due to poor alignement, this can result in stresses and strains being placed on all the joints of the body when walking. Below are some lower limb conditions that can be a result of poor alignment:

  • 1st toe joint pain or bunions.
  • Corns on or inbetween your toes or under the balls of your feet.
  • Ingrown or painful toenails as a result of the toes moving too much within your shoes & hitting against the side and the top of the shoe. (See "Nail Bracing")
  • Heel or Arch Pain (Plantar Fasciitis).
  • Ankle pain (Ankle Sprains).
  • Shin Pain.
  • Calf Pain.
  • Knee Pain.
  • Hip Pain.
  • Lower Back Pain.
Usually these aches and pains can be relieved by correcting the poor alignment of your lower limbs and thus making you more mobile as your feet (your foundations) react with the forces presented to them by the earth when you walk. See the explaination for this in "OUR THEORY".
